Counted with the browser's Performance API during the last job. It sees every request the page makes, but not what is inside them, so anything that is not a static download is counted above.
To check yourself: open DevTools → Network, clear the list, run the tool, and inspect each request. None will contain your file. You can also switch to offline after the page loads; tools whose engine is already downloaded keep working.

Save a still frame from a GIF as a JPG
GIF to JPG turns a GIF into a JPG that any form, document or photo app accepts, for example to use an old web graphic or a frame of an animation as a still picture.
- Using a GIF image in a form or app that accepts only JPG.
- Getting a still thumbnail from an animated GIF.
- Converting old website graphics.
First frame only
An animated GIF is converted from its first frame. The quality setting controls the JPG size; GIFs are usually small, so a high quality costs little.
Transparency and colours
Transparent areas become white. GIF stores at most 256 colours, so banding already in the GIF stays in the JPG; converting can't restore the original colours. For graphics with sharp edges or transparency, GIF to PNG keeps them better.
GIF to JPG: questions
What happens to an animated GIF?
Only the first frame is saved as a JPG.
What happens to transparent areas?
They become white. Use GIF to PNG to keep transparency.
Will the colours improve?
No. A GIF holds at most 256 colours, and converting can't bring back colours that were never stored.
Is my GIF uploaded?
No. It's converted in your browser.
