Counted with the browser's Performance API during the last job. It sees every request the page makes, but not what is inside them, so anything that is not a static download is counted above.
To check yourself: open DevTools → Network, clear the list, run the tool, and inspect each request. None will contain your file. You can also switch to offline after the page loads; tools whose engine is already downloaded keep working.

Add two images: your photo first, then your signature.
Put your photo and signature in one image
Some application forms have a single upload field for both your photograph and your signature, or want them together on one sheet. Join photo and signature places your photo and a cleaned-up signature on one white JPG, stacked or side by side with a thin dividing line, and can keep the file under a KB limit.
- Exam and recruitment forms that ask for photo and signature as one file.
- Admission, scholarship or membership forms with only one image field.
- Printing a photo-and-signature block to attach to a paper form.
File order, arrangement, photo size and file size
Add two images: the first is the photo, the second the signature (drag the file list to swap them). Drag the frame on the photo to choose the crop. Arrangement puts the signature under the photo (Stacked) or to its right (Side by side). Photo size sets the photo's pixels: passport size 3.5 × 4.5 cm (413 × 531 px), a small 200 × 230 px exam photo, or a 600 × 600 px square; the signature area is sized to match. Maximum file size can be None, 50, 100 or 200 KB, or a custom value.
- The signature is cropped to its ink and the paper whitened automatically, as in Signature resizer.
- Side by side makes the image about 2.4 times as wide as the photo; Stacked keeps the photo's width.
- The JPG is marked 300 DPI, so it also prints at a sensible size.
Compare with the form's exact rules
These layouts are common arrangements, not one particular portal's specification. If a form states pixel dimensions for the combined image, or insists on the signature below rather than beside the photo, compare that with the result panel and adjust. Check the current notice before uploading.
- Check the face is centred and the signature isn't clipped at the edges.
- Confirm the KB size is inside the form's range.
- Faint signature? Retake it with a darker pen on white paper.
Join photo and signature: questions
Which file is the photo and which is the signature?
The first file in the list is the photo and the second the signature. Drag the list to swap them.
Can I put the signature beside the photo?
Yes. Set Arrangement to Side by side. Stacked puts it under the photo.
How do I keep the file under a KB limit?
Choose 50, 100 or 200 KB under Maximum file size, or type your own. JPG quality is lowered only as far as needed to fit.
Does the signature get cleaned up?
Yes. It's cropped to the ink, the paper is turned white and the strokes are darkened, the same way Signature resizer does it.
Are my photo and signature uploaded?
No. Both are combined in your browser and stay on your device.
