Organize PDF shows your document as page thumbnails so you can fix it in one pass: move a misplaced page, turn a single sideways scan, and drop blanks, without typing page numbers. Review the thumbnails before saving

Thumbnails are small, so similar-looking pages (such as statement pages from consecutive months) are easy to swap by mistake. Zoom into the result before sending. Password-protected PDFs need to be unlocked first.

  • Confirm rotated pages read left to right.
