Counted with the browser's Performance API during the last job. It sees every request the page makes, but not what is inside them, so anything that is not a static download is counted above.
To check yourself: open DevTools → Network, clear the list, run the tool, and inspect each request. None will contain your file. You can also switch to offline after the page loads; tools whose engine is already downloaded keep working.

How to blur faces in a photo
Drop the photo and press Find faces. A face detection model running in your browser finds up to 12 faces and puts a blur box over each. Check every face, draw boxes by hand for any that were missed, adjust strength from 1 to 10, and download. The blur is saved into the pixels of the new image.

Before you post
Children, bystanders in the background, people at a protest or event, and anyone who hasn't agreed to be online are common reasons to blur faces. Some schools, clubs and workplaces also ask for faces to be hidden in shared photos.
Check what was detected
Automatic detection is a starting point, not a guarantee. It finds up to 12 faces and works best on clear, front-facing ones.
- Side-on, tiny or partly covered faces may be missed: add those boxes by hand.
- Crowd photos with more than 12 people need some boxes drawn manually.
- Raise the strength if a face is still recognisable at full size.

How many faces can it find?
Up to 12 per photo. For bigger groups, draw boxes over the rest by hand.
Can someone remove the blur later?
The downloaded file contains only the blurred pixels, so the original face isn't stored in it. Use a strong setting so the face can't be recognised.
It missed a face. What do I do?
Draw a box over it yourself. Detection struggles with side-on, very small or partly hidden faces.
Is the photo uploaded for face detection?
No. The face model is downloaded once and runs in your browser, so the photo never leaves your device.
